The vegetation study representing Year 9 has been
completed at the mine by Mr. Kent CroRs of I.M.E., of Yampa, Colorado. As you know, the land
owner Mt. A.J. Iuppa, is arotious to cattlo-graze the reclamation site when grazing conditions aro
approved. Accocdingly, Energy Fuels has asked Kent CroRs for his rewmmendation concerning
grazing practice, if any.
Based on the current Vegetation Study data, Kent Crofts recommends eight (8) Animal
Unit Months ("AiIM's") for this season. Landowner A.J. Iuppa has stated he would intend to
graze four (4) head of cattle (3 cow/calf pair and 1 bull) which equates to two (2) months grazing
time. The cattle are to be removed aRer the allotted grazing time.
Energy Fuels has not yet received the formal Vegetation Report Srom I.M.E. and
anticipates some delay before it is tittalized. On the interim, we would like to procced with the
grazing if the Division so concurs. Of course we will submit a copy of the vegetation report to the
Division when it becomes available.
Thank you for your consideration, if you treed more information, please Contact me.
Sincerely,
,~ vv
eorge, Patterson
General Mine Mgr
