Enng <br /> Drvnlnn D~reaw <br />RE: Notice of Need to Renew Permit <br />Raton Creek Mine <br />Permit No. C-82-055 <br />Dear Mr. Weaver: <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) is hereby providing notice of the need for <br />Energy Fuels Mining Company to renew permit no. C-82-O55 for the Raton Creek Mine. <br />This notification is being provided as required by Section 34-33-109(7)(d) of the Colorado <br />Surface Coal Mining Act and Rule 2.08.5(2) of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining. <br />A complete application for renewal of your permit must be filed with the Division at least <br />180 days before the expiration of the existing permit. Your permit expires on August 17, <br />1997; thus your application must be found complete by the Division no later than February <br />18, 1997. The Division recommends you submit your complete application for permit <br />renewal no later than February 4, 1997. <br />Determinations of completeness of applications for permit renewal are made by the Division <br />in accordance with the criteria described by Rule 2.08.5 and Rule 2.07.3 of the Board's <br />Regulations. <br />If you have questions, please call me. <br />Sincfe ely <br />Kent A.
