Status - In Compliance, Terminated <br />EFCI submitted the required right of entry information as a part of <br />Technical Revision 15. This revision was approved on 1 December, <br />1993. <br />STIPULATION NO. 13 <br />WITHIN 90 DAYS OF APPROVAL OF PERMIT REVISION NO O1, THE OPERATOR <br />SHALL SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION THAT APPLICATION FOR A WELL PERMIT FOR <br />THE "NORTH DEWATERING WELL" HAS BEEN FILED WITH THE OFFICE OF THE <br />STATE ENGINEER. <br />Status - Terminated <br />EFCI submitted an application for a well permit for the "north <br />dewatering well" to the State Engineer's office on June 26, 1991. <br />The stipulation was terminated on July 3, 1991. During the fall <br />of 1991, EFCI was informed that the application was denied. During <br />Mid-term review in 1992-1993, this issue resurfaced and was handled <br />with another stipulation, Stipulation No. 20, which reads: <br />THE MINE OPERATOR WILL SUBMIT TO THE DIVISION BY JANUARY 31, <br />1994 A COPY OF THE PERMIT APPLICATION TO THE STATE ENGINEER'S <br />OFFICE REQUESTING REVIEW OF A RENEWED APPLICATION FOR THE <br />NORTH DEWATERING WELL; <br />AND <br />THE OPERATOR WILL OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR THE NORTH DEWATERING <br />WELL FROM THE STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE BY MAY 30, 1994, WHICH <br />WILL INCLUDE APPROVAL BY THE TWO OWNERS OF THE WELLS WITHIN <br />600 FEET OF THE NORTH DEWATERING WELL FOR CONTINUED PUMPING OF <br />WATER, AND AN EVAPORATIVE LOSS AUGMENTATION PLAN TO BE <br />APPROVED BY THE STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE, <br />OR <br />AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO PERMIT APPLICATION AND APPROVAL, THE <br />OPERATOR WILL, BY JANUARY 31, 1994, COMMIT TO CLOSED-LOOP <br />RETURN OF MINE DEWATERING FLOWS TO UNDERGROUND WORKINGS, <br />ELIMINATING EVAPORATIVE LOSSES AND PROVIDING FOR DIRECT <br />RECHARGE TO THE GROUNDWATER SYSTEM. <br />South£eld Mine Permit Renewal 03 <br />7 <br />
