During the course of the Debtor's case, Metso filed a Proof of Claim asserting a claim in the <br />amount of $2,090,190.05 ("Claim'. The Claim arises out of several equipment leaselpurchase agreements <br />which were entered into by and between Metso or its predecessor, Svedala Industries, Inc. and the Debtor. <br />Pursuant to the settlement the claim will be reduced to $1,800,000. A copy of the pleading is available for <br />inspection in the Bankuptcy Court Clerk's Office, 721 -19th Street, First Floor, Denver, Colorado 80202, or <br />upon request from the undersigned attorney. <br />Pursuant to Rule 202 of the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, if you desire to oppose this action <br />you must file a written objection and request for a hearing with the Court on or before MAY 6, 2004, and serve <br />a copy thereof on the undersigned attorney. Objections and requests for hearing shall cleazly specify the <br />grounds upon which they are based, including the citation of supporting legal authority, if any. General <br />objections will not be considered by the Court. <br />In the absence of a timely and substantiated objection and request For hearing by an interested party, <br />the Court may approve or grant the aforementioned application without any further notice to creditors or other <br />interested parties. <br />The Debtorhas filed a Motion For Order Reducing Time Within Which Parties May Object to Debtor's <br />Motion to Approve Settlement of Claim. In the event the Court denies Ure Motion to Shorten Notice. the last <br />day to object to this Motion will be MAY ]7.2004. <br />Dated: April 23, 2004.
