I <br />Computer regWrements to use the DBMS daeumeut Imaglog CD (or DVD): <br />1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed ou your corrgtuter in order to use a DAMS imaging CD <br />the first tithe. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a nea installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or~DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with We .Gf exteasioa There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on yotu computer that <br />will handle single and mold-page doeutrtenta. On a Windows XP computey the default viewing progtatav are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Pain[" and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP cot[tputets <br />dots work DAMS has detemtined that a program called "LianView", which eau be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with <br />QttickView. Altar dowtiloading "hfanView", it needs to be couSgmed as your default.tif viewer. DAMS does not support or endorse <br />this software and the licensing and registration are the user's respoostbility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Wirtdows". I <br />Inatructione• <br />1.
