Boz 176, Oak Creek, CO 60467 • Phone X3031 736-8111 MINED Li+fvr <br />RECLAtuIATIQt~ DP~/Ic60~d <br />Mr. Jeff Clapton October 25, 1989 <br />CMLRD <br />1313 Sherman Street - Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203-2273 <br />Dear Mr. Clapton, <br />The MLRD was informed in a letter dated June 9, 1989 of <br />a drilling program to be conducted on the Moffat area within <br />the Edna Mine permit area. <br />The above mentioned drilling program was started on September <br />11th, 1989 and drilling was finished on October 16th, 1989. <br />A total of 27 holes were drilled on the Moffat Area. <br />As required in Section 3.1.5 of the Edna Mine permit, this <br />letter, the enclosed map, coordinate information and hole <br />information, will serve to satisfy the requirement of an <br />abandonment report to be submitted within 60 days after <br />completion of the exploration program. <br />The drilling contractor retained for this program was Boyles <br />Brothers Drilling Company with home offices located in Salt <br />Lake City, Utah. The Rocky Mountain District office, from <br />Golden, Colorado, was responsible for the drilling performed. <br />To date, nine of the drill sites have been regraded to app- <br />roximate original contours and topsoil redistributed.
