<br />Reorganization. However, in the interests of notifying creditors <br />and participants, the Reorganized Debtors have filed this Motion <br />which requests the Court to confirm that they have the authority <br />under the confirmed Plan of Reorganization to make the <br />contribution in the amount necessary to purchase an annuity <br />contract selected by the Plan Administrator. . <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Reorganized Debtors will <br />seek to obtain updated quotes on annuity contracts from the four <br />insurance companies and, if available, will provide these quotes <br />to interested parties upon request. Any party who wishes to <br />obtain these quotes should call Becci Booth, at (801) 320-6700, <br />on January 17, 1994, (after 12:00 p.m. EST; 10:00 a.m. MST). <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, pursuant to the Bankruptcy <br />Rules, objections to the Motion must be filed with the Court and <br />received by the undersigned counsel no later than the close of <br />business on Wednesday, the 19th day of January, 1994.
