Section [details the history of the mine. Section II <br />summarizes the permitting and enforcement actions since the permit issuance. The reclamation bond <br />information is in Section II[, Section IV contains the Division's adequacy concerns. <br />The Division is in the process of calculating the reclamation cost estimate. When the calculation is <br />finished, BRL will be notified of the results. Because of the inactivity at the mine site and the recent partial <br />Phase One bond release, the Division has only two adequacy review questions. <br />If you have any questions, please call me. <br />Sincerely, <br />eph J.
