Braig <br />Peabody Coal Company <br />Rocky Mountain Division <br />Campus 6 Office <br />Suite 600 <br />12015 East 96th Avenue <br />Denver, Colorado 80239 <br />Re: Exploration on Seneca No. II Mine <br />Dear Mr. Braig: <br />The Division has received your letter of August 27, 1981, concerning <br />reclamation of drill pads and drill roads on the Seneca No. II mine. <br />Reclamation does not need to be completed for any areas which are planned <br />to be mined in the next year or so, unless there are significant problems <br />with erosion, sedimentation of streams, or other environmental problems <br />that would require prompt reclamation.
