APPLICATION FOR <br />SPECIAL USE OF THE LAND <br />RIO SLANCO COUNTY, COLORADO <br />This application for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT must be filed <br />INSTRUCTIONS-- with the Planning Department, Rio Blanco County, and must <br />be accompanied with the Exhibits as listed below. These <br />Exhibits (a, b, c, etc „ may be dupl_cates of those sub- <br />mitted to the State 14ined Land Reclamation Board. NOTE: <br />The application with the County can not be processed until <br />complete, and all Exhibits attached. <br />EXHIBITS <br /> LEGAL DESC:iIP'?'ION; <br /> The legal description must Identify the affected land and be wholly <br />A adequate for field location of the property. ?t can be in the form of <br /> metes and bounds survey, or a description ^~ reference to township, <br /> range and section to at least the nearest coon±erquarter section. Where <br /> applicable, the street address or lot numter~s) ray be used. <br /> MINING PLAN: <br /> This can be a general discussion o£ methods, equipment, phases or stages <br />B of the operation and those portions of land affected by each. Plan should <br /> be closely correlated with the map, showing where extraction will begin, <br /> and direction it will proceed.
