APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL USE OF THE LAND RIO SLANCO COUNTY, COLORADO This application for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT must be filed INSTRUCTIONS-- with the Planning Department, Rio Blanco County, and must be accompanied with the Exhibits as listed below. These Exhibits (a, b, c, etc „ may be dupl_cates of those sub- mitted to the State 14ined Land Reclamation Board. NOTE: The application with the County can not be processed until complete, and all Exhibits attached.
