1. The APPLICAP'T shall complete all appropriate items called for in the
Applicant's Section of this application. The PLANNING DEPARTMENT will
assist the Applicant in this preparation to the extent that staff time
alloxs.
2. The Applicant shall then file the application with the PLANNING DEPART-
MENT, including all appropriate documents.
3. The PLAPINL"!C DEPART?fENT shall, as promptly as passible, complete its
processing cf the application and schedule presentation of the appli-
cation to The PLANNING CCMMISSICN in regular or special session as
appropriate.
4. The PLANtdI`IG CCl.TMISSIOi! shall then consider the completed application.
Applicant is requested to be present at this meeting to provide any
information needed to complete action on the application. The Planning
Commission, upon completion of its hearing(s) shall forward the appli-
cation, together xith its findings to the 3oard of County Commissioners
for final action.
5. The Board of County Commissioners shall hold a public hearing to
review the recommendations of the Planning Commission pursuant to
30 days' notice. Applicant should be present at this hearing.
