M-99-034, APPROVAL OF A 112 PERMIT <br />APPLICATION OVER OBJECTIONS <br />This Pre-hearing Order is proposed to the Mined Land Reclamation Board ("the Board") by the <br />Pre-hearing Conference Officer, Ms. Sandra L. Brown, to govern the hearing in this matter. This <br />Order, and amendments thereto, if any, shall be effective upon approval by the Board. <br />I. FORMAL PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Formal Public Hearing on this matter (unless noticed otherwise) shall be held before the <br />Board on July 27 or 28, 1999, at the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado, 80203, Room 318, during the Board's regular July, 1999 meeting. The Board's <br />agenda (unless noticed otherwise) will begin at 9:00 a.m. <br />II. PARTIES <br />1. The Pre-hearing Conference in this matter was held on July 19, 1999, in Commerce City, <br />Colorado. The parties in attendance at the Pre-hearing Conference were the Applicant, the <br />Jeronimus' and the Gardners.
