Rutledge: <br />Enclosed are seven copies of three revisions recently approved by the Colorado <br />Hi.ned Land Reclamation Div(sion concerning Trapper dining Inc. Mine Plan No. <br />CO-0013. The first, technical revision 47 (1'R-47), removes the 609 <br />sedimentation criteria for our Coyote Dam structure. The 609 criteria is <br />replaced with a requirement to contain a 10-year, 24-hour runoff event plus a <br />saFety factor of two years of sediment deposition. <br />Srcnnd, minor revision 93 (r1R-93) was approved to temporarily divert water <br />from Fast Buzzard drainage to Coyote drainage. This measure will eliminate <br />pot.entia] problems relating to drainage runoff spilling onto spoil areas <br />durtnp, drngline backEilling processes. <br />Finally, minor revision 94 (MR-94) approves a change Ln our current waste oil <br />facilities.
