This material is no longer on the
permit area and is not the responsibility of Sunland. An agreement
has been worked out with the landowners and P.A. West to
temoorarily store the material there until it can be removed. This
should be done within a two week period.
Also, a few items from the pre-law mining operation are still
located immediately upstream from the permit area. These items
consist of two old shuttle cars, a crusher and one section from the
mine coal bins. Except for the single bin section, these items were
never located in the permit area and are not the responsibility of
Sunland, they have also been bought and should be removed by the
Spring. The landowner is fully aware of these items and will allow
storage until Spring. This information is provided to clarify the
status of these items for Division and OSM inspections.
Sincerely yours,
~~~~^~
Gr( eg Lewicki
Greg Lewicki and Associates
