The newly combined refractories group comprises of American Premiei s <br />Rehactories and Chemicals, Hepworth Rehactories and BMIFrance. The new company will trade as <br />Premier Refractories International. Over the course of the next few weeks each of the existing <br />companies in the refractory group will be renamed under the Premier Rehactories banner and you <br />will be notified of the full details at that fame. <br />Premier Refractories International now combines many of the world's most famous names in <br />refractories, namely: <br />Hepworth Rehactories <br />Premier Rehactories Canada <br />GR Stein <br />Be1Ref <br />Les Products Siliceux (LPS) <br />Constructions Thermique <br />Europeenes (CTE) <br />Premier Rehactories and Chemicals <br />Premier Services Corporation <br />Adience <br />BMI-France <br />J. H. France <br />Findlay Refractories <br />Fumco <br />The formation of Premier Refractories International will offer many of our suppliers a significant <br />opportunity to increase then sales to our company. From our perspective we wish to work with <br />suppliers who can enable us to achieve our goal of becoming the world's leading quality low cost <br />refractory manufacturer. As you well know, our customers are constantly looking to reduce their <br />costs of manufacture and we have to be supportive of this desire. This in turn places pressure on <br />you, our supplier base, to help us deliver excellent products and services to our customers over the <br />long term at the lowest possible cost. <br />I will be writing to you again in the neaz future to inform you of relevant changes to individual <br />company names and details, In that letter I will also take the opportunity to outline a number of <br />initiatives we will be implementing to help reduce the cost of our purchased products. <br />We strongly believe that the creation of Premier Refractories International represents an excellent <br />opportunity for our customers, employees, suppliers and other stakeholders.
