<br /> <br />Inc. ("Consolidated Electrical"), will be heard by the Honorable <br />Judith A. Boulden, United States Bankruptcy Judge, on Thursday" <br />March 24. 1994, at the hour of 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter <br />as counsel may be heard, in Judge Boulden's Courtroom located on <br />the third floor of the Federal Courthouse Building located at 350 <br />South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. The Motion regciests <br />approval of a settlement of the above-captioned adversary <br />proceeding between the parties. CFI brought this action against <br />Consolidated Electrical alleging that certain transfers made to <br />it constitute avoidable preferences under 11 <br />The parties have agreed to settle the matter <br />Electrical making a payment of $3,335.51 and <br />against the Debtors' estates. Copies of the <br />related Settlement Agreement may be obtained <br />undersigned counsel for CF&I. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, purse <br />U.S.C. § 547(b). <br />with Consolidated <br />waiving all claims <br />Motion and the <br />by request from the <br />pant to Rule 523(b) <br />of the Rules of Practice of the United States Bankruptcy ~~ourt <br />for the District of Utah, objections to the Motion must bye <br />submitted in writing, filed with the Bankruptcy Court, and served <br />upon the undersigned counsel on or before ~ "Y'~ March e, <br />1994.
