It is located west of U.S. Highway 50, just north <br />and west of Canon City, Colorado. It is comprised of metes <br />and bounds parcels and patented placer claims. A complete <br />legal description is included in the Addenda. For general <br />identification only, a description is: <br />"Parts of Sections 19, 30 and 31, T18S, R70W of the <br />6th P.M.
