The applicant shall provide to <br />Planning and Development a copy <br />federal permit applications and <br />• <br />the Department of <br />of any further state or <br />approvals thereof within <br />30 days of said application or approval, this shall <br />include, but not be limited to, 404 permits, air quality <br />permits, highway access permits, NPDES permits, and <br />plans for augmentation. <br />5. Regarding Lot 9 of the Hartman and Wilcox Subdivision, <br />should Valco acquire said property from Frank Stringer, <br />then Valco shall supply the Department of Planning and <br />Development with a copy of the deed within 30 days of <br />its acquisition. Should that sale not occur and should <br />Mr. Stringer sell that parcel to another party, Valco <br />shall provide the Department of Planning and Development <br />with a statement (such as is found in Exhibit 4) from <br />the new owner approving the inclusion of Lot 9 in SUP <br />#596 within 30 days of said sale. <br />6.
