Sorenson: <br />JUL 31 1995 <br />Olvisi0n OI ;minErls 6 680100/ <br />This is a follow up to correspondence sent to you on June 8 and June 23; 1995 from Mazk Sprague. In <br />those letters, our position was that the mill building could not remain as a beneficial post-0pera[ional <br />feature because, at that time, we believed, the pazcel on which the mill was located was illegally <br />subdivided. After further research, this office has found that the mill's pazcel was nor subdivided illegally <br />and that the Oscar Lode along with the Good.Enough Lode represent a legal building lot eligible for the <br />uses established for the Forestry (f) zoning district (see enclosed).
