I have observed from Highway 91azge infestations of Musk thistle, Canada <br />thistle, Scentless and Mayweed chamomile. There are also infestations of Spotted lmagweed along the highway in <br />this area that aze probably also on said properties. All of these species are on the Summit County and State of <br />Colorado Noxious Weed List. <br />Since sensitive areas such as the Bhre River and the National Forest surround these properties, it is imperative <br />that measures are taken to control the weeds on your properties to stop the spread into these areas. In accordance with <br />the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, Minerals Rules and Regulations, Rule 3.1.10 paragraph (6), and the <br />Summit County Weed Management Plan V. (Enforcement), we ask that you develop and implement a weed <br />management plan to take effect in the crammer 2005. <br />I have wntacted Carl Mount from the Division of Mineral and Geology about this matter and he will likely <br />contact you as well.
