As per our conversation at the follow up inspection on October 20th, <br />2006 please find enclosed the Financial Warranty documents for a Letter of Credit. I have enclosed both <br />the operator and Third Party forms for your use depending on which way you decide to go with pit <br />oversight. <br />I suggest making copies of the desired forms and filling them out with your banker. Then fax a copy to <br />Denver for approval prior to submitting the originals. If you have any questions regarding the forms, <br />how to fill them out or questions in general for this process, please contact Elizabeth Shelton at 303-866- <br />4084.
