As a result of this hearing on Nay 5, 1989, MC12D <br />proposed a violation of $2,750.00. <br />Final Resolution: Bear Coal Com~az~y was granted a revision to its <br />Permit to allay for m; ,,; .,g in the B Seam of its existing Permit Area, and on <br />July 7, 1989 Bear Coal Caroany paid $2,750.00 to PZRD. <br />3 <br />
