We are presently trucking water from the Colorado <br />River to the test mine site pursuant to Water Court Decree W-2052 <br />and the above ruling. <br />Sheridan Enterprises, Inc. will continue to truck water from the <br />river for the life of the operation described in the subject permit. <br />I would appreciate your expediting a formal response to the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board as we are scheduled for review the 24th or <br />25th of this month. <br />If there are any questions, please contact me as soon as possible. <br />Sincerely, <br />William C.
