Influence of
potential mining effects could be expected on about November 22, 1994, based on a wnservative angle of
draw (25°) at the corresponding mining depth (800 ft.).
._
MCC does not ozpec[ mining to affecEthe cabin and suggests to Dave the cabin vacant as a precautionary
measure when mining occurs in this area.
MCC would like to meet with you to discuss vacancy of the cabin during this period. We can also discuss
the structural survey recently conducted. It is in both parties' best interest to resolve this issue directly so
` adequate planning and provisions can be made.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience so we can schedule a meeting. I will be away November I S
- 18, 1994, and recommend we meet prior to that time. I suggest we meet at the West Elk Mine office.
>k~P G . S~~Q~
Phil G.
