Long
Drvisian Director
A few months ago you asked that I send you a letter informing you whether or not all the
problems I noted in my November l8, 1993 inspection report have been abated.
Item number one (1) on page three (3) of the report (submittal of a Performance Warranty
~DCUment) has been abated, since the Division received the document Mav 4. 1994.
Item number two (2) on page three (3) of the report (submittal of a copy of your new contract ~
with the BLM) has not been abated yet, since the Division has not received a copy of your new
contract. Bob Kershaw, BI.M geologist, verbally confirmed that you have a new contract, so all
you have to do is send a copv to the Division. J
Item number three (3) on page three (3) of the report (install a mine 1D sign) has been resolved,
since, as I remember the discussions we had, the BI.M does not want a sign installed.
Item number four (4) on page four (4) of the report (submit an adequate bond) has been abated.
If you wi]l submit a copy of your new contract with the BLI\4, all the problems will be taken care
of.
If you have any questions, give me a call.
Sincerely,
/7
/James Dillie
Environmental Protection Specialist
JD/bjw
M:\OSSUiI W UD
