Cattany <br />FROM: Division of Minerals and Geology (/ Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Unresolved Problems Noted in Past Inspection Reports ~ <br />TO `. 6res n.d TE,cit cat oir f~E~2 d- dcf, ~1P ~~ ~ <br />It has come to the attention of the Division of Minerals and Geology that some problems noted in <br />past mine site inspection reports either have not been corrected, or have been corrected, but <br />documentation of the corrective actions taken were not submitted to our office. <br />Please see the enclosed inspection report for your mine site, issued as a result of a past inspection <br />of this site.
