Operators can only use a certain
amount of explosives based upon mathematical equations. As a further means of
protecting society, the regulations require an operator to conduct pre-blast
surveys for all areas requesting such a survey. A review of the file
indicates Peabody performed a pre-blast survey of your property on
January 9, 1987.
423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203-2273 Tel.
