Coal stockpiles shall be watered as necessary to remain viable as a <br />fugitive control measure. <br />2. Topsoil stockpiles shall be revegetated with fast growing grasses and <br />watered to maintain growth. Stockpiles shall be aligned <br />Longitudinally with prevailing winds. <br />3. Conveyors and transfer points transporting coal shall be partially <br />enclosed and hooded. Adjustable stacker heights and telescoping <br />chutes shall be used to minimize drop distances when dumping material <br />into stockpiles and haul vehicles. <br />4. Rail car unloading shall be by bottom dump. <br />5. Haul roads shall be gravelled and watered. Entryways of unp~sved <br />roads onto paved surfaces shall be gravelled. Dirt and material <br />carryover onto paved surfaces shall be washed off daily with water or <br />as necessary to remain viable as a fugitive dust control measure. <br />6. Vehicle loads shall be limited to prevent spillage and shall be <br />maintained with a surface moisture content sufficient enough to <br />prevent fugitive emissions. <br />
