The Division, at this <br />mine, does not have adequate information to determine if the <br />ore, waste rock or mill tailings may contain toxic- or acid- <br />£orming materials which may cause acid mine drainage. <br />If you agree with this designation, you are required to notify the Office by mail <br />of your concurrence within 30 days of the date of this notice and proceed to <br />comply with the requirements of Subsection 7.2.3 of the Mineral Rules.
