After I got your message and the photos, I contacted Jim <br />Fisher, and he verified what I had mentioned to you, i.e. that BOTH remote compressors <br />were sold and disassembly of the buildings was part of the deal. Thanks for your <br />attentiveness and letting us know. <br />I am back as a full time employee of IUC, effective January 1. Regarding the forthcoming <br />bond updates (and any other Permit correspondence) I prefer that you send all <br />correspondence directly to me, although I know xochstein is now noted as the official <br />company contact. But Mr. Hochstein is located in Vancouver and travels a LOT, so I am <br />much more comfortable that I can respond quickly if you have a questions. If you need an <br />official letter from IUC re the "designated contact," let me know and I will get you one. <br />Otherwise, I will just change the contact name back to me each time an Annual Report comes <br />due on each of the Mine Permits. <br />Regards, <br />Terry V.
