Lonq
Drvi~ion Dneuor
I performed a complete inspection of the Colorado Coal Mine No. 1 on October
27, 1992. I was unable to find a copy of the certificate of liability
insurance at the courthouse. When I returned to the office, I noticed that
the certificate currently on file there listed both the CCMC #1 and Chimney
Rock mines on the same policy.
Please document on the certificate that each mine has the minimum coverage, as
enumerated in Rule 2.03.9 (1), dedicated to it. Alternatively, Kaiser Steel
could get an individual policy for each mine.
Please include the permit numbers in the description as well as the mine name
and its location (city, state or county, state). Please send a revised
certificate to the Division offices, to the Huerfano County Courthouse and to
the Four Seasons Real Estate office.
Please tail if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
r~'1-C 9//I.1 l~~
Catherine W.
