<br />Mr. John Spezia <br />-2- <br />October 4, 1993 <br />5/13193 DMG published notice of the May 26 and 27, 1993 MLRB hearing in the <br />Steamboat Pilot. <br />5/26/93 MLRB overturns DMG decision by a vote of three to two. <br />6/29/93 Actual signed order is sent to CYCC and all parties involved in process to date. <br />The decision is sent to Routt County Clerk and Recorder for public review. <br />7/01/93 DOW submits a request to reconsider the MLRB decision. <br />7/15/93 DMG published MLRB decision to approve PR-03 in Steamboat Pilot. <br />7/22/93 DMG published MLRB decision to approve PR-03 in Steamboat Pilot. <br />7/27/93 MLRB grants request for reconsideration, and hearing is set for <br />October 20-21, 1993. <br />8/07/93 CYCC files a complaint against MLRB, with District Court, Routt County, <br />Colorado. <br />9/16/93 DMG publishes notice of October 1993 MLRB hearing in Steamboat Pilot. <br />This process has been ongoing since last fall. While you are welcome to attend the October <br />MLRB meeting, please understand that the Board may or may not choose to formally accept <br />your testimony. The formal parties to this hearing have been defined previously. <br />The files should be available at the Routt County Clerk and Recorder's Office, or at our Denver <br />office, if you wish to review the file.
