The Division does not set term limits on
Certificates of Deposit other thane the Certificate must automatically renew at each maturity until the Division or
Mined Land Reclamation Board (the `Board'") releases the Certificate back to Akron Ready Mix Concrete Co.
The Divisions primary concern is that the Certificate is set up according to the requirements of the Division and
the Board and that the Certificate is "Assigned" to the State of Colorado, Mined Land Reclamation Board at the
time it is purchased. Tf Akron Ready Mix Concrete Co. wishes to change the term limit on Bank of Colorado
Certificate of Deposit No. for a shorter term limit then what it is setup for at this time the Division
does not have a problem with this.
If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to call me at (303) 866-4074.
Sincerely,
7~~-~ C
Barbara D.
