An agreement letter with the Rye Telephone Company is enclosed in Exhibit "S" and San Isabel <br />~ ~`~,LtS~E ectric is supposed to be getting us an agreement letter which we should have before the hearing. <br />/"`Q~( The above-ground utility line is at the west end of Lot 14, meaning it will be outside [he permit area. <br />r~ There is aright-of--way between Lots 14 and 15 that will protected by a 50' setback on the Lot 15 side <br />j i't ~ ~ of that easement. <br />~ Neither San Isabel Electric nor Rye Telephone Company were notified as required However, that <br />is being corrected and copies of the proof of mailing will be forwarded.. <br />f n ./ ~ 2. The maps have been modified to delete Lot 14 and now portray the area to be mined as all of Lot <br />1^` lr` ~ 15 except for [he perimeter setbacks, but these will also be considered as art of the affected area. <br />T`' ~ ~ ,The affe rea total will be _40.155 acres, which is all of Lot 15 With this approach, there wil <br />~, ~'G°~be no floating bond, but a bond for the entire project area.
