Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sec ., have been submitted; thus your technical revision <br />application has been deemed complete for the purposes of filing on the above date. All review and <br />comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date <br />of filing. <br />A copy of the technical revision application, less any confidential information, must be filed for public <br />inspection at the Hayden Public Library. Any subsequent changes or additions must also be made in <br />this copy. <br />The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the application has been found to be satisfactory. <br />You should commence publication of this advertisement as specified in Rule 2.07.3.(2) of the <br />Regulations with the exception that the publication need only be run once. Proof of the publication of <br />the advertisement must be filed with the Division as soon as available after the publication date. <br />The staff is currently reviewing your technical revision application to determine whether the items you <br />have submitted are adequate in terms of meeting the requirements of the Rules and Regulations of the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. You will be notified as to the Division's findings of <br />adequacy or inadequacy of your revision application.
