Dear Mr. Furman:
On December 16, 1998 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision
application submitted to the Division on November 24, 1998, addressing the following:
The operator will limit the depth of excavation to 5004 feet until an approved temporary substitute
supply plan or water augmentation plan for the site can be demonstrated. Also, the operator is
required to notify DMG at least 60 days prior to disturbance so that an appropriate reclamation
cost can be calculated.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit
No. M-83-067. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-83-067 remain in full force and
effect.
