~ IIIIIIIIIIIIII ~ <br />999 IIIII <br />EXHIBIT F <br />There are no other permits or licenses required. <br />Nathan Morris of the Water Quality Control Division was contacted and he said that <br />counties and municipalities with a population of under 100,000 are exempt from permits <br />in regards to gravel mining. <br />Dennis Meyer of the Air Pollution Control Division had also been contacted. He has <br />approved grouped APENs by district. All gravel pits in the county will be included in one <br />of 3 APENs specifically for gravel pits. <br />
