MORE OR LESS, AND THE ADDITION BEING 11.41 ACRES, MORE OR LESS,
MAKING THIS ENLARGED GRAVEL PIT 21.21 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, ALL
BEING IN SECTIONS 1 AND 12, TIN, R80W OF THE 6TH P.M., GRAND
COUNTY, COLORADO, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Beginning at the common NE corner of said Section 12 and the
common SE corner of said Section 1, being a found BLM 1962 SBC,
properly marked;
THENCE South O1 degrees 54 minutes 35 seconds West for a
distance of 1076.53 feet along said easterly line of Section 1, to
a found 2"Alum. Capped 5/8" re-bar marked LS11915 and also being a
typical monument found this survey (found typ. survey monument);
THENCE South O1 degrees 59 minutes 35 seconds West for a
distance of 247.96 feet continuing along said line to a (found
typ. survey monument) being the North 1/16 corner for said Section
