Pass, File tk84-103 <br />Dear Mr. Renner: <br />The mining plan of the above-mentioned pit needs to be amended to <br />indicate that mining will be intermittently active. <br />Per Rule 1.6.2(2)(d), during periods of inactivity, the areas <br />left to be mined will be sloped to drain toward the pit floor. <br />The pit floor will be graded so no erosion will occur on areas <br />outside the pit area. <br />Reclamation will be undertaken as areas are depleted. Material <br />stockpiles will be used as needed for maintenance of the highways <br />in this area. <br />Also, due to the nature of operation, the annual report date will <br />be February 1 of each year.
