Large brush, where it exists, may be dozed down to prevent damaging vehicles and
prevent fires.
Map 138 in the permit has been revised to show the B Seam mine area, the proposed new holes, and
access to those holes. Two copies of Map 138 are attached to this minor revision request. It is
requested that any change in the permit text be made after the approval of the pending TR48 (mid-
term review). Also attached is a completed revision form.
Currently, BME has a bond cushion of $10,606. Additionally, BME does not plan to drill vent holes
LW11-5 and LW11-7 approved under MR111. It is requested that DMG remove these holes from the
permit and reduce DMG's bonding liability for these Iwo holes. The increased bond cushion,
thereafter, should be adequate for bonding the seven development holes.
Sincerely,
C-~/ ' ' .,'mss
Murari P.
