However, in AVS, he is not end dated. If Frank NI. Castora no longer holds that position for that company, please state this fact and the date of termination on official company letterhead. Because AVS is locked for the Interior Holdings Corporation, the State can not revise any entries for this company. Therefore, please send the termination information to OSM- AVS so [hat they can update AVS. 4. In AVS and in the list of officers and directors that had been submitted for the Peabody Holding Company, George J. Holway is end dated on 6(1 x/98 for the position of vice president but, in a separate entry, is also beginning dated on 6/15/98, with no end date, for vice president. Please explain. Also, please provide official confirmation on company letterhead of the termination and the termination date so that AVS can be updated. 5. In the list of officers and directors that had been submitted for the Peabody Holding Company, Thomas S. Hilton is end dated at 6/19/98, but in AVS the end date is 6/16/98. Please reconcile this difference. Also, please provide official confirmation on company letterhead of the termination and the termination date. In the list of officers and directors that had been submitted for the Peabody Holding Company, Derek C. Bonham is end dated at 5/11/98. However, in AVS, the end date is 5/12/98. Please reconcile this difference and provide a revised submittal page, if appropriate. 7. In the list of officers and directors that had been submitted for the P&L Coal Holdings Corporation, W. Howazd Carson is listed as CCO, but as CFO in AVS. The Division is not aware of any such designation as CCO. Please provide a revised submittal page, changing CCO to CFO, if you agree. 8. In the list of officers and directors that had been submitted for the P&L Coal Holdings Corporation, all beginning dates aze listed as 6/12/98. However, all of the beginning dates in AVS are listed as 6/04/98. Please reconcile this difference. If the 6/04/98 date is correct, please provide revised submittal pages. If the 6/12/98 date is correct, please inform OSM-AVS so that the AVS can be revised. The AVS for P&L Coal Holdings Corporation is locked so that the Division can not make the revisions.
