Evidently the alfalfa component of this seed mix was erroneously
omitted from the table. NCIG's 1994 Annual Reclamation Report indicated alfalfa was
a component of the cropland seed mix. Field inspections confirm alfalfa was a major
component of the cropland and pasture seed mix. Actual seeding rates were not
reported in the 1994 ARR and they are not known.
Dryland alfalfa was included in the seed mix for the pasture and wildlife habitat portion
of the site. It stands to reason alfalfa should have been included in the cropland seed
mix.
Amended page 4-59 is enclosed. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
~~O'o~ `~
J. E. Stover, P.E.
Consulting Engineer
