Cattany <br />g / Atting Division Director <br />,~ // <br />Re: Thomas Pit, Amendment Approval, Permit No. M-1976-020, Revision No. AM-1 <br />Dear Mr. Boren: <br />On May 15, 2002 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the Division <br />on February 15, 2002, addressing the following: <br />Request to add 5.01 acres to existing 29.80 acre permit area, totaling 34.81 acres. <br />The terms ofthe Amendment No. 1 approved by the Divisian are hereby incorporated into Pemut No. M-1976-020. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1976-020 remain in fiiu force and effect. <br />'Ihe estimated liability amount of $4,517.00 for the Thomas Pit, when added to the existing liability amount of <br />$26,295.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not akeady done so, please submit additional bond in the <br />amount of $4,517.00.
