The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved your
Minor Revision No. 6-208 (MR-208) application to the Foidel Creek Mine Permit C-
1982-056, Construction Water Discharge, on August 11, 2006. The public notice of the
decision was posted and the 10-day public comment period closed on August 21, 2006.
No comments were received in response to the notice. If you have not already done so,
please provide appropriate materials to the Office of Surface Mining (with demonstration
of such provision to the Division).
However, please submit, as a supplement part of this minor revision, a version of Map
13A (Figure 2) that has a correct revision date (the one submitted is for MR 209 that was
withdrawn, and a revision date of 03/13/06) and that is certified by a registered engineer.
A suspense date of September 29, 2006, has been established at the Division for receipt
of this revised map.
