The public notice of the <br />decision was posted and the 10-day public comment period closed on August 21, 2006. <br />No comments were received in response to the notice. If you have not already done so, <br />please provide appropriate materials to the Office of Surface Mining (with demonstration <br />of such provision to the Division). <br />However, please submit, as a supplement part of this minor revision, a version of Map <br />13A (Figure 2) that has a correct revision date (the one submitted is for MR 209 that was <br />withdrawn, and a revision date of 03/13/06) and that is certified by a registered engineer. <br />A suspense date of September 29, 2006, has been established at the Division for receipt <br />of this revised map. <br />Please call me if you have any questions. <br />Yours truly, <br />Byroh G.
