EXHIBIT S -PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES (6.4.19) <br />All man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected lands are shown <br />on Exhibit C. There exist no buildings or residences within 200 feet of the <br />affected lands. Based on the proposed mining methods and operations, <br />the applicant does not believe that any of the proposed operations will <br />adversely affect the stability of any significant, valuable and man-made <br />structures. <br />In the event that any man-made structure within 200 feet of the affected <br />lands is a significant, valuable and permanent man-made structure that <br />would be adversely affected, the applicant will comply with Rule 6.4.19 by <br />one of the following methods: <br />1. Providing a notarized agreement between the applicant and the <br />person(s) having an interest in the structure, that the applicant is to <br />provide compensation for any damage to the structure; or <br />2. Where such an agreement cannot be reached, providing an <br />appropriate engineering evaluation that demonstrates that such <br />structure shall not be damaged by activities occurring at the mining <br />operation; or <br />3.
