EXHIBIT L -RECLAMATION COSTS
As with the original permit application, it is assumed that reclamation will be
performed at the cessation of mining within the respective phases. The total area
to be reclaimed is 52 acres {area within the amended mining limits). The
following chart indicates the cost of reclamation per acre. It is intended that the
area within the mining limits will be reclaimed in phases not to exceed 26 acres.
An access road from the existing permit area to the amended area will remain
only at the request of the landowner.
