This is
because the bridge allows direct access to the Trust's property from CR 38 making it possible to reach
the southern end of the Trust's property without having to enter through any other point on the ranch
complex area. This heavy duty bridge allows oil well service traffic and farm equipment to enter the
property without having to cross our older, existing bridges located north of the new one
If you require additional information about this matter, please contact the Trust's engineer at
(303)-423-7239. Thank you for your assistance in these regards.
Sincerely,
The Platte Trust
Roxanne Vaughn, rustee
cc: Frederick L.
