It's impossible for us to comment substantively on that revision if we don't have the copy. Additionally, we/I still have issues with the proposed method of incorporating the methane degas wells into the permit. First, they need to be incorporated into the permit, not just as a reference to a revision. Secondly, they need to be incorporated in such as way as to make them usable, including astand-alone table with the data requested in the last comment letter and on a compilation map of the permit area. (Putting them on a map of site geology isn't what I have in mind.) What we're doing other places is compiling all disturbance of this type - related to degas - into a stand-alone exhibit. Sure, each new set of drillholes will either introduce new disturbance or change in some way existing disturbance, but the activities requested in the revision will be added to or revise material in this existing exhibit. This is a very clear, concise manner for keeping track of these activities. W e are continuing to consolidate comments, but I want to get this off to you post haste.
