Pronghorn, muledeer, coyote, swift fox, badger, cottontail, jackrabbits and
sma1:L rodents- Raptors including Swainson, rough-legged, ferruginous, harrier
and red-tailed hawks, occassional golden eagle- dove and various songbirds.

Assessment of Impact:
Although impacts should be minimal (the grassland appears to be heavily grazed)
~ this is the second pit in the same ,'-, and the impacts could become "cummulative".

Mine Reclamation Recommendatioas (include kev species/habitats for
which restoration is designed):^
Native grasses should be used for re-seeding (grama, wheat & bluegrass).
Life of mine? mine should be reclamed in sections as it has been used, also
if the other mine to the East is finished then reclamation should begin to
recover the range area.
