Subsequently, we were only able to review the Introduction and Exhibit A. Exhibit B through Exhibit 3 wen not included on the copy of the CD we received, tux were Attachments A-C. If you would like the CROW to provide you with additional comments regarding those docranents, please forward them at your earliest coaveaience for our review, CDOW SUMMARY OF PROPOSED PROJECT: The existing gravel pit previously operated by Frank Hewes, now called Icing Mountain Send & Gravel Mice is located in agricultural rangeland approximately 5 tailes west of Toponas; CO. The property is located on the southwest portion of an area locally referred to as Five Fines Mesa The parent pit is permitted for 10 acres, and has been part of as active mining opewtion. The petitioner is requesting that the peiutit acreage be expanded from this initial ]0 acres to 341 acres. It is our understanding that the petitioner only intends to mina 184 of the 341 acres with no mop than 67 acres being disturbed at any given brae. The proposed mixing opaatian will be to mine construction aggregates, and the petitioner is proposing to complete mining in foul separate phases ova a 20-year period.
